i played max out setting on a 1 Geforce GTX 550 Ti, i5 2320, 8GB of DDR3 ram, DH67BL BORED, Intel 120GB SSD, 1TB HDD and Win7. it did not do well 8 10 5 9 15 FPS and even the menu was not working

Turn the settings down and you will get better fps. You can't expect to play every game with maxed settings on older hardware.

The recommended GPU from the system requirements on Steam is a GTX 760 with 4GB of VRAM. The recommend CPU is i5 2500k. Both of those are higher than your hardware. You are above the minimum requirements but if you are below the recommended you probably can't use max settings.

advanced warfare is a vary large game and is very needy i have a i5 4690k 12G Ram DDR3 and a 1 T hard drive Sapphire Radeon R7 260X 2GB GDDR5 GPU. advanced warfare recommended GPU is a NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 760 4GB so if your GPU is a 1gb then that could be the cause of your struggles
