We cant tell you which is highest possible overclock and what are its settings. Even If we have the same rig, I cant tell you the settings. You have to find it yourself.

Download Sapphire TriXX. If I'm not mistaken it gives you all the options that are safe and it's pretty straightforward. Note that safe is not necessarily stable. So you'll have to test for that yourself.
