I've noticed that sites like Digital Foundry post videos claiming to monitor the frame rate of PS4 and Xbox One games. That's something I would like to try, but I'm not sure what setup could do that.
I have an Elgato HD setup that I use to capture console gameplay via HDMI, but I don't see anything to monitor frame rate with that setup.
Is there software I could use with my Elgato hardware? Or is there a software/hardware combo of another sort I could try?
