Hello all,
I am building a pc next month, i want to build something mid range that will keep me playing games for the next 4-5 years on maxed out settings.
I would like to know if it is worth going with ddr4, the price of motherboards that support theses ram's are way over priced in the region that i live.
Here is my blueprints;
M.Board: MSI Z97 GAMING 3 Intel Z97 Soket 1150 DDR3 3200MHz(O.C.)
CPU: Intel Core i7 4790K Soket 1150 4.0GHz 8MB
GPU: 2x Crossfire Asus R9 290X DirectCU II O.C. 4GB GDDR5 512Bit AMD Radeon DX11.2 (or if someone has a better suggestion for a cheaper card with better performance, please feel free to do so)
RAM: GSKILL 8GB (2x4GB) Trident X DDR3 2400MHz CL10 1.65V Dual Kit Ram or GSKILL 8GB (2x4GB) RipjawsX DDR3 2133MHz CL11 1.65V Dual Kit Ram
PSU: COOLER MASTER V750 GOLD 80PLUS 750W
Is there anything wrong with this build?
Also please feel free to give me any advise, weather it may be another component or something that should be replaced.
Please keep in mind, this rig is for hardcore gaming and everyday use such as internet browsing, vids, music ect..
Also I would like to add, i will be using ssd's and hdd from my old rig.
Look forward to hearing from you guys N gals
Thank you,
