porn pop ups and ads/malware

i'm having this problem for the last 1 month..when i click on some link or click on login button sometimes a new window appears with the link "adultcam" or "freeporn" and now I'm getting ads on my seam account and on my online banking page..I used malwarebytes,norton,kaspersky(free trial downloaded from website) and it shows no threat detected and i also reinstalled windows last week but no luck..Please help i have no idea what to do and now facebook is opening...I'm using chrome
please help

You wiped your hard drive and reinstalled windows and all of your programs from scratch and you still have viruses?
Or do you mean you performed a system restore???

These are 2 VERY different things.

Did you completely format your hard drive before reinstalling Windows? If not then it wouldn't have got rid of the malware.

Boot into safe mode (keep hitting F8 when you first power your pc on) select Safe mod

Once booted into safe mode run a full malware bytes scan. If that doesn't work try checking in your chrome extensions/addons settings. It will most likely be there where you can disable/remove it.

Also check in your Programs and Features. Uninstall anything that looks suspicious or had typos or unknown developers.

Use ADW cleaner to remove those add plgins the easiest, fastest, safest program

If did a full reinstall of windows and you still have viruses then it is likely a chrome extension. Chrome will save your extensions so once you logged back in to chrome it would reinstall all of your extensions including the virus one.

No, i bought a new SSD(Samsung 850 Evo 120gb) and installed in it and then i formate my old windows
