Difference between 21.5 and 20 Inches monitors,please ?

I just want to know if there is a significant difference between 20 Inches (1600x900p) and 21.5 Inches (1920x1080p) monitors in gaming..will the 21.5 add something different or nope ? i mean it's just and inch and a half ! thank you

It will be a nice step up. Full HD at 21.5 inches is much more pleasurable and immersive than 20 inches at 1600x900.

The resolution bump to 1080P would be better than the extra 1.5inch by itself for image quality reasons and more screen real estate. I'd pick the 1080 even if it was the smaller of the two.

The increase in resolution is very noticable.
We have 20" and 21.5" at my work and just for general use alone the 21.5" with full 1080p is much better.
For gaming the higher resolution is desired. Your 270x will handle 1080p fine on high settings for most games.
