You have some issues there... My thoughts are below.

CPU - Non K series which means no overclocking. This is a mismatch with the Z97 motherboard which allows overclocking. The build below has the K series for overclocking. If not overclocking you can ditch the CPU Cooler then switch to a H97 motherboard with the i5-4460 CPU...
CPU Cooler - Don't forget one if you are overclocking.
MEM - That is a triple-channel kit which is meant for a different platform. Look toward a dual channel kit (two modules) at DDR3-1600 CL9 or lower, or DDR3-1866 CL10 or lower. ...both at 1.5v.
SSD - Added one.
HD - Eh... The Seagate below is cheaper and is double the size.
CASE - The 240 is fine, but IMHO the 300R below is the better purchase at that price range.
PSU - XFX or Seasonic, then Antec or EVGA. The EVGA Supernova looks to be the winner and is sized for you to add a second GTX 970 in SLI if desired / needed.

You need to decide whether you want to overclock or not. This one would be for overclocking...
