Can upvote own posts from article

I noticed I was able to upvote my own comment on this article, from the article rather than the full forum thread. Doesn't seem like it should work that way.

Yeah, it's one of the unfortunate flaws with the overall voting system (such as users not being able to downvote within the forums currently). We're working on resolving these things, but it's taken a back seat to other projects at the moment. For instance, some of our more discerning members might notice that the forum sections are changing, with new ones being added and old ones being renamed!

People probably hate it when I say this (because it gets said a lot), but we're working on it and will get to it as soon as possible!
