Are these parts good enough for a budget gaming PC?

I built my first computer a year ago, and I just had the itch to build another one. I came up with a list of parts; are they good enough to run games like Minecraft on medium-high graphics settings?
MB: Asus P8H61-M LE DDR3 LGA1155
CPU: Intel core i3-3220 Processor
Case: Fractal Design Computer Case Core 1000 (USB 3.0 Version)
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB Hard drive
Ram: OCZ Obsidian Ram 4GB 1600MHZ
GC: MSI N460GTX Cyclone 1GB GDRR5
PSU: Optimax Titan Series 500W
The total cost of all these items is $235. I am buying these used, bear with me! I'm on a really tight budget...
