soundblaster x-fi "cannot detect device"

I am using Windows 10 build 9926. When i try to install the drivers for my soundblaster x-fi titanium fatal1ty pro it says it cant continue because it doesnt detect any hardware on my system. Also windows 10 installs some creative drivers which should enable my sound card, but i still cant get any audio out of it (tried analog and digital inputs on the x-fi). Has anyone had this problem? im using the windows 8 drivers running in compatibly mode and as admin. i have also tried using the cd that came with my soundcard and still no luck.

Does the sound card appear in Device Manager? A solution that was reported to work in the thread X-Fi Titanium on Windows 10 Technical Preview 2 (build 9926) - anyone made it work? On the Creative Forums was to uninstall the card from Device Manager and then run the original installation disk.

i downloaded the "SB X-Fi Series Support Pack 3.2 (02/08/2015) - Windows 10 support" from the link in the forum you posted. the sound card now works and i have all the settings except they dont save after restarting the computer.
