lg ips vs samsung pls 24" monitor

I want a 24 inch monitor for gaming and blu ray movies. Im confused between few models - Samsung ls24d390 and lg 24 mp76 hm. Please help me. Im also looking for any better Dell model. Want bright panel ips or pls and not more than 5 ms response and less than 60 Hz refresh rate.

It doesn't say anywhere, but probably around the same as the LG monitor since many of the monitor have same refresh rates.
