gtx 770 twin frozr 4gb question :)

Hey guys I have a couple question's about my Msi gtx 770 twin frozr 4gb:

1) Will this card support directx12 when it comes out ??

2) can this card do 4k and keep games at ultra setting's ? If so can I still run my 1080p monitor as a second for Facebook and you-tube ect while playing games ???

2. In most games today, no. 4k is just too intensive at the max settings of most modern games, especialyl if you have another monitor running too.

4k and and a 1080p monitor on one GTX 770 is too much.

If you want to seriously do that, consider a GTX 980 SLI , which run games at ultra (not at 60 fps though) on a 4k monitor while having a 1080p monitor open next to it.

I appreciate all the feed back guy's ! I have one last question Is the 980 the best right now I can get or is it worth waiting a few months or so because something else is coming out ?? I'm not that tech savey and don't follow the tech world to much I just like gaming hehe

It is the best single GPU card on the market at this time. There is a new GTX titan coming out, but it's probably around $1000, so almost twice as expensive, and it certainly won't have twice the performance.

I don't know when AMD is getting their next set of cards out. They're at about 1.5 years without a new series, so one is probably coming along mid to late this year, but no guarantees.
