Have to admit this isn't the first "which monitor" thread I've made but I've held off buying a monitor for a few reasons including never making the decisive decision and also still enjoying my laptop 15.6" IPS display.
Firstly have to say I can NOT tolerate the poor viewing angles and colours of a (cheap) TN panel within my budget. I'm looking for a cheap but quality IPS panel with at least one HDMI input (VA panels also accepted).
This will mostly be used for watching movies/tv, web browsing and causal gaming (dragon age, GTA V etc)., definitely not FPS or competitive online gaming. Therefore beautiful crisp colours and great viewing angles are my priority.
The monitors I'm currently deciding between are:
AOC I2369VM
BenQ EW2440L (VA panel)
Asus VS239HV or VX239H-P
Thanks!
