Hello,
I'm still really confused. So soon I'm going to get a dual monitor setup, and currently I'm using the Dual Link DVI-I output from my graphics card and converting it to VGA. The monitor has VGA and DVI-D outputs. My question is if I get straight up 2 DVI-D connectors that can I plug in the DVI-D into the DVI-I? I tried looking for converters from DVI-I to DVI-D but I couldn't find any. Thanks!

Solution
You don't need an adapter. DVI-I (Integrated) includes both a digital (DVI-D) and analog signal (DVI-A which is typically converted to a VGA output). You can just use a DVI-D cable to run DVI-I output to DVI-D input.
