How will this build run simple Steam games?

Just wondering how this will perform with games such as TF2, CS:GO, GMod, and maybe Warframe, if I ran them at medium-high settings? 60+ fps? Or is that hoping for too much? Also is the Wi-Fi adapter needed for this build? I won't be connecting it directly to ethernet.

It depends on you resolution, but you should be fine up to 1080p. On that settings, you will be easily able to hit 60+ FPS

Ok, what about MMOs like SWTOR or WoW?

Try to OC your CPU and GPU, but dont expect groundbreaking results, but it should be fine(very playable)

The build is OK, but change your CPU to g3258, get some aftermarket cooler(like Hyper 212 EVO), overclock it and use the rest of the money to buy R9 270/270X
