New eBay account...Will I get caught?

So I recently got my seller account completely banned -_- and I have created a new account. It has a different name on the account, a new paypal, a new email, always used under a vpn on the other side of the country, and I clean the browser with ccleaner before each use on the account. HOWEVER, I am using the same phone number and the card I was using was once used on the other account. The card wouldnt work without the original billing address, which was an address (not primary) that had been used on the other account. Do you think this account will get removed?

I would expect you to and if I knew who you were, I'd probably report you to EBay for attempting to circumvent their policies. You were banned for a reason. If you disagree with that ban, you should take it up with EBay and not try to side-step them.

Tom's Hardware does not support bypassing security protocols for any reason.
