No Display when putting new Graphics Card in, Fan is Spinning

Hi everyone

I am faced with a pretty serious problem.

I'm trying to install my new graphics card into my GPU, I make sure it is nicely seated, connect the VGA to the GPU, boot up my computer, however, there's no display on my monitor, it only says "Monitor Going to Sleep."

The GPU is not broken, because I can see the fans working. When I plug my VGA into the motherboard, the computer boots up perfectly.

Things I've done so far:
-Reseated the GPU
-Set primary video adapter to "PCI-E"
-Tested a new monitor

Please offer some assistance.

1. Reseat the RAM
2. Clear the CMOS
3. Check processor heat sink

Try to put the graphics card into a different computer, it'll probably work.
Your PCI-E slot is probably broken.

Huh, pretty peculiar, I would try Tesla's suggestion first, it's probably something wrong with your MOBO.
