Can this fan controller handle 5 case fans?

I'm looking to get a fan controller for my PC. Can this power 5 case fans (4 120mm and 1 140mm) with little to no loss in fan speed due to multiple fans consuming power?

The molex is for the power, and It seems like it from the picture that you should be able to hold 5 case fans threw the controller.

It would work, if your on a budget.
