In the process of creating this build I received helpful feedback from the members of this forum, and now during the final stages of its development I'm hoping a handful of experienced members could take the time to evaluate it and provide me with more constructive feedback. I want a pc that can run the latest games on max settings at the highest resolution with a constant 60 fps, and I need to be able to paint on large high resolution photoshop canvases without lag. If this build can't accomplish that, please do inform me.

1. Not all games will be able to play 60 fps constantly. Most games, but dying light is a good example of a pc killer.
2. the psu is not all that great. I would look into a 750 b2, or a different 650- watt
