I Need a CPU that is good for Gaming, multi-tasking, and every day Work. My budget for the CPU is Around $150. And I don't want it to throttle my Graphics Card (MSI Radeon R9 280 3GB TWIN FROZR)

Your build is rly good one, also nice pick for mobo, it will work very well with your parts.Update BIOS to latest version when you get it to eliminate any incompatibility issue with RAM or CPU.

shadow i have a question i like the psu u selected but i was wondering if i use a psu with more watts will it make m bill higher? im still gonna get the psu but just wondering what happens to the watts i don't use.

Hey pc partpicker is telling i only need 383 watts and coolermaster power supply calculator is telling i need 421watts. so do you guys think the 750watts is fine? i kinda want it bc its cheaper and 80+ gold

That would be max watteg estimated when all parts are on 100% load.750 is more then enough for your system.During gaming you will be pulling max 300 watts.You can even trow one more GPU in there XD.
