How much RAM do you guys think is the sweet spot?

I'd say 8GB for light use, 12GB for moderate use.

Personally I use a lot of ram on my computer. VM's rendering and so on. So i use 16-32+ on a everyday basis. Most people can use only 6 or so but 8-16 is the best for most people.

Same. I use 16GB in my daily driver, and honestly, I wouldn't mind 32GB.
