Triple Buffering on or off with G-sync?

I have a g-sync monitor, and I don't know if I should use triple buffering with it. It helps V-sync, but is it good for g-sync too?

No, G-Sync doesn't require it because it displays the frames as they finish so there is no reason to have a buffered frame... triple buffering is designed to mask the problems of V-Sync, which G-Sync doesn't have.
