"Input not supported" When going Fullscreen

So.. I randomly started to have this problem on my monitor, SOME games do work when I go fullscreen and everything is fine, others only work if I limit the fps to 60 but I get terrible tearing and some games just dont work at all so I have to run them on window mode but honestly I dont know whats causing the problem for me to even start searching. Any help is really appreciated, thanks!

You can usually fix tearing by putting on "V-Sync".

You can usually fix tearing by putting on "V-Sync".

Tried already and it makes the tearing worse which is weird.. But when I switch to window mode the tearing goes away.
