Motherboard for GTX 980, i7 4790k, and 1600mhz RAM

I'm looking to upgrade my rig to a GTX 980, i7 4790k, and a new motherboard. I'm trying to pick a new motherboard first (I have a stock micro ATX). I'm looking for one that supports the GTX 980 I plan to get, and the i7 4790k plus works with my RAM (16gigs of 1600mhz RAM). I'm looking for a lot usb slots aswell and the price range is $500. I also want it to use all the features of my Corsair 780t (All the fans, etc). Thank you in advance!
