You are having trouble deciding because there is such a minimal difference. The link below has memory timings and FPS, and the differences are quite minimal. Looking at that data, the 9-10-9-27 timing looks slightly faster overall, but I always buy Corsair RAM and have done well with it, so I would personally stick with what I know, but of course YMMV.
