Need help upgrading my current pc.

Hi,

I need help upgrading my really old pc, before i list out the specs i'm thinking of getting a used i7-860 for about 100$, and maybe a used 770 for about 200$, i might add a better psu because i only have 375w. My budget is 400$ and i'm fine buying used parts because they won't affect the gaming performance and are cheaper.

Im going for the i7 870, and the gtx 770 superclocked but with a inexpensive power supply for about 30$ (Aerocool v600w) and a new case for roughly 50$ all for 425$ without shipping.
