Is there anyway to fix this?

Could be. GPUS usually black screen or freeze do to under volting either do to too high of an overclock or too small of a PSU or a failing Monitor and last would be a failing GPU. So questions, what kind of PSU do you have (Make and Model)? Are you overclocking?
