I just bought a SSD, and was wondering should I keep Intel connect technology enabled or disabled?

You mean "Intel Smart Connect". The type of storage device you install (HDD or SSD) is irrelevant as far as ISC functionality is concerned.

Therefore, if you had ISC enabled before installing the SSD and you find it useful, keep it enabled.
