The monitors only have HDMI and Displayport.

The motherboard has these specs:
VGA Output/Input Options: DVI-I, HDMI, HDMI-In, DisplayPort

I haven't bought a dedicated graphics card.

Can I connect one monitor using HDMI and the second one using Displayport or will I need a graphics card??

Depends on what you are doing on your computer? If you are just word processing/general admin office documents then I dont beleive you will need a dedicated graphics card, though depends on whether your onboard supports dual-monitor output, if not then yes you will just ensure it has dual monitor outputs though. If you are doing any rendering or gaming, yes a dedicated graphics card is definitely required!
