the best graphic card under 30000rs

hello,
i will be building my computer in next few year may be next year. I have chosen all my parts expect my graphics card.I want a graphics card that will be able to play bf4,call of duty advanced warefare, crysis 3 atleast at 60fps at 1080p.

I have heard that this card has some heating problems.
what do you think about the gigabyte gtx 970 gaming card.

the gigabyte one is ok to but the heating isn't really a issue the coil whine is and it could go crazy at random points but the cards are ok either way but get the gigabyte one it has better cooling from what i can see
