Hey All,

I've read through the forum as this problem seems to be rather common. I'm thinking my card is a DOA but as a last ditch effort I thought I'd get the opinion of experts.

I had a Lenovo Thinkcenter M91P. I took out the MB and CPU (i7-2600) and put it into a new case (Shinobi Window) with a new SSD (OCZ Vertex460), PSU (XFX TS650), and new RAM (Crucial Ballistix 2x4GB). Installed OEM Windows 7 Pro.

As is, it runs perfectly on my little monitor.

Removed all display drivers and displayed the VGA one that auto installs.
Run CCleaner to check for any remaining Drivers (none found).
Checked in BIOS that Graphics boots up on Auto with sequence of PEG->PCI->VGA.
Shut down.
Install Gigabyte R9 270 via PCIe. Plug in both 6 pin PSU cables.
Plug in TV through HDMI via GPU port.
Reboot.
No Signal.
No Boot Beeping Sound.

GPU fans are spinning, and everything has power. If I hit the power button it's insta-kill. No power down like usual when using onboard graphics.

Is it DOA? Or is it because I'm using my TV as a monitor and it won't work unless I install appropriate drivers using a monitor with DVI. The reason I haven't done the DVI route is that I'm missing the cable and currently and waiting on one.

Thank yoU!
