Best 1440p Gaming Monitor?

What is the best 1440p gaming monitor I can get for the price? I want to have a minimum of 5ms of response time, along with a IPS panel, and possibly 144hz refresh rate (this only if it does not increase the price a ton). I am looking to spend at most $500, but I would prefer if it was around $400 or less.

"1920 x 1080 resolution" not 1440p... (still looks like a nice monitor though). That monitor is actually extremely tempting, but I want to see what 1440p monitors are available, but if I was to get a new 1080p monitor that would be the one. Also I just found that one on Newegg for $300 after a discount, and after a $30 off promo code, I might actually get this one even though it is not 1440p.

Best monitor you can get is the xb270hu it's over your budget but if you can make room for it it's worth it. 1440p and 144mhz also with g-sync. It's the one I'm getting soon. It's the top of the line
