Windows 10 boot loop

Solution
I would guess that you are referring to Build 10041. If you updated via the update route from a prior build or version of Windows, you may be able to revert to that previous version of Windows from the boot menu. If you are unable to even see the boot menu, you may have boot file corruption. You could attempt to rebuild the Boot Configuration Database (BCD) via BootRec /RebuildBCD as detailed here at Microsoft Support.
