Hey, I'm new to the forum and need some help. I was unsure where to post so please move if it's in the wrong section.

Basically I have a max budget of £450 and plan on building a moderately powerful AMD system for gaming and streaming, maybe recording too. I'm thinking of this set up after I discussed with a friend who has built his own, I could also upgrade it around November time.

Gigabyte GeForce GTX 750TI
FX-4350
78LMT-USB Motherboard
8GB Gskill ram

I just want to know whether the system will be able to do what I want. But at the moment I can't afford anymore than £450, this comes to around £400 with a case and power supply etc. Any help/advice on whether or not this is a solid build or not would be great. Thank you:)

Do you need keyboard/mouse, monitor or operating system? If so it's gonna be really hard to get a good system for that price.

Here's what I would recommend without those:

Much more overclocking headroom on a vastly better processor because of the hugely better motherboard and cooler. Fast RAM for again, more overclocking headroom. R9 270 is faster than GTX 750Ti, bargain deal for £110. I honestly don't know where you managed to spend all that money.

It came to £400ish with a case, power supply, 1TB HDD, aswell as a keyboard and mouse. Would what I suggest be able to stream and play a game such as minecraft and counterstrike? As I said I'd be able to upgrade in around six months time.

Probably no. The FX-4000 series are slow processors that have almost no advantages over an Intel dual core. The cores themselves in the FX series are slow, and the FX-8000/60000 series are only really good because of the sheer amount of cores and the overclocking headroom.

6 cores might just cut it. You can buy a cheapo mouse and keyboard set off Amazon for £10, that should fit in the build I made for you. You will honestly see a huge difference between the builds, I'm not exaggerating.

Compromised slightly on the PSU & board to get a 285 in there.
