Why does my PC monitor go into Power saving mode after the "Starting Windows" logo?

Hi,

Everytime i try to boot my com,my monitor blacks out after the starting windows logo.

I'm pretty sure it wasn't a fault with my graphics card because i changed to a different GPU and the problem still persists.

However,if I uninstalled the Nvidia driver in Safe Mode, I will be able to boot up normally. But once Windows installed the Nvidia driver back for me,I will face back the same problem again when i restart my com.

This has never happened before. Before this problem happened, horizontal green lines were seen on my monitor.

What can I do?

Try going into your BIOS and disabling all the power saving options. If that doesn't help, then try installing older drivers (not forcefully older, but a different version).
