Confused for buying a a decent Graphics Card and some other peripherals for gaming.

Hi, I am not able to decide which GPU to buy at a budget of 15000 Indian Rupees.
Specs:-
Intel DH67CL Motherboard
Core i5 2310 2.9 Ghz quad core
Intel's HD family built in GPU (1664MB)
4GB RAM
600W PSU
1280*1024 Monitor
I generally play games a medium or low settings, no AA and 1280*1024 or lower to that.I just want to play all the titles and upcoming ones.
I found some like Nvidia GTX 660 and AMD r9 270X, are there any better? Which brand provides better value?
I just want to make my PC a bit future proof so that I don't have to constantly update it.

Take AMD r9 270x have support for newer version DX11.2 and is better in games

R9 270X is most likely the best card for that budget! Followed by GTX660.
