How much VRAM?

I am going to run the asus gtx 960 2gb gpu with two 1080p monitors, one for gaming, one for editing. Is 2GB VRAM enough for that?

At lowered settings, most likely, yes. You'd be better off with more (3+gb). If you were just browsing the internet and stuff on the other monitor I'd say you're totally fine.

2gb will probably be plenty. And the 4gb version of the 960 is kind of strange and i dont understand why it exists, it has a 128bit bus and i dont really understand how their going to make 4gb of data go through a 128bit bus, that's like trying to shove a basketball through a penne noodle.

My 780ti has a 384 bit bus yet only 3G Vram but the 960 has 4g's???

I think its because the new technology does not need such a big memory bus
