Hi,

System:
Cooler Master silent pro hybrid 1300MW PSU
MSI gaming 5 mobo
Intel I7-4770k
Samsung 28" 4k Monitor

I had a live to earth short on my monitor power cable which blew both old monitors and 1 of my 2 Zotac Geforce 760 AMP! graphics cards that were in SLI.

I replaced the graphics with a GTX 980 and I replaced the 2 old monitor with the Samsung 4k monitor.

Obviously it can't run in SLI and I have no need for extra ports now or in the foreseeable future

Is there any value in having the working GTX 760 installed?

Thanks,

:)

It is possible to assign a second non-identical Nvidia card as a dedicated PhysX card. It would only affect games that use PhysX, and I don't know how much difference it would make, but you might get a few extra frames per second.
