I will bottleneck with i3 + AMD HD 7950 OC?

Good evenning. My name is Dominick, I am new to the forum. Speak some English. Sorry if I post a third time, but I see my question in this section, and in my panl not see uan section to tell me about pregunts I have open. Who peude me explain what?

I have a core i3 4130 (3.4 GHZ, 4th gENERCION), 8 gb of ram 1333 mhz, AND A VIDEO CARD 7950 AMD OC.

I wonder if the CPU + GPU that I have, I generated bottleneck?

I have the game FIFA 15, play offline and online, have between 160-185 FPS. When OFFLINE game, the game runs perfect me. When ONLINE game, it freezes me several times, I runs fast strokes, the narrative gets stuck, among other things. Will it be a bottle neck online? Do not know if that exists.

That may be happening? ....

I don't see a obvious bottleneck other than maybe connection speed.

I forgot to tell you. When playing FIFA 15, the video card only charges a 30% usage, and CPU usage is the most forced between 50-60%. That's normal, or should 100% of the CPU and GPU use?

no the CPU and GPU shouldn't be at 100% if it was that would be your bottleneck
