Looking for a small quiet cool case

I'm looking for a case to build a computer around for my living room, something to play movies, maybe occasionally gaming and the like. As a result I'd like something with a decent look (something that looks like it belongs with other entertainment equipment - I have a record player, for example), and out of the box has good cooling and is pretty quiet. The ideal candidate supports Micro ATX as well as Mini ITX and is smaller than a midtower case.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated

I currently use a Cooler Master N200 and it's pretty awesome. Seems to fit all of your requirements.

Yeah, I looked at the N200 and the only thing that "bothers" me for this one context is the look of it. It seems like a really solid case and if I was buying it for a gaming machine, my bedroom or whatnot, I wouldn't think twice about it. But I want something that'll look good beside stereo equipment and such, and the Thermaltake Urban S1 ( http://www.thermaltake.com/products-model.aspx?id=C_00002290 ) looks more like what I'm thinking of in that context. Of course it's not just looks I'm after but it is a consideration in this case.
Are there any other good quality options?
