I would like to build my first PC, have it for gaming and possibly streaming. For the most part I have picked out the components that my friends have helped me with but aren't too sure if it can fit my needs or if there are any issues with the build. I'd like to get this build done and be able to order the parts by about 4/11/15 or 4/12/15
I'd like to play games like: League of Legends, Skyrim (tons of mods), MMO's like Tera, New Games like Batman Arkham Knight and such. All on high settings or decently high

I'm in the Western New York area if that might help with finding deals

If this matters I do need to be running on wifi as i'd need about a 20-25 yard ethernet cable (and lots of staples) to reach where I want my computer to be.
I will most likely want to overclock and add another GTX 970 down the road
I do not have windows 7 so I guess i'd have to get a usb for that too

As this build stands, it's a little under $1200 (not including monitor or keyboard) , I don't mind that but if there's any place I could reduce the price a little while maintaining about the same power that would be awesome :)

~~~~~~~~this is my first time evar posting on a tech forum for help, plz go easy on me :'(
