I allocated EVO840 120GB SSD's Over Provisioning to 10%, as recommended. Is it enough?

I've done it last year, but at this moment I'm trying to make room for GTA V, and even though I don't have much installed on my SSD (OS, startup programs and CS:GO), I was still short for GTA V, seeing how it requires 59GB. So I started removing and disabling stuff (such as hibernate etc) and I've made enough room now. I have about 65GB

My question is - seeing how I already allocated the 10%, is it now safe to use the remaining SSD space I have without worrying about shortening my SSD's lifespan?

The 840 evo has a incredible lifespan you do not need to worry about adding data to it. If the data is just going to sit it is even better. (such as installed programs)
