Who would like to have a brick and mortar PC gaming store?

I was just wondering who all would actually enjoy this near them, and do you think that it would make money? Thanks

I live in the mountains, a bit hard to get components here. If I have something fail, need a replacement sata cable for example, im screwed until newegg can get my order to me which takes at least 3 days.
The conflict is where the stores are lacking in numbers there are very few buyers. I am the only person up here that works on computers, let alone needs components. So I do enjoy my visits to family in San Jose, I always return home with a goodie bag from Fry's.

Would I like a store close to me? Yes. However it isnt logical.
