Monitor split in two with black bar in the middle. Please help!

Out of the blue my second monitor split in two with a black bar in the middle and I can't seem to be able to fix it. It is currently connected with analog VGA but the same thing (even worse) happens when I connect it with HDMI, I have an image of the problem below.

I tried using different cable and it's the same. I already have a second monitor running perfectly. The problem happens on my second monitor. I also re-installed the nvidia drivers. I only have one graphics card and that doesn't seem to be the problem. Any other ideas?

So if another monitor works then your monitor is faulty.
