I don't know if this is the right section to ask this, but, what if i use a cooling pad and ice packs to decrease the temperature of my laptop.

I know moisture is a factor, but here, the ice packs are under the cooling pad fans and are not touching any part of the laptop base. This way the fan can blow cool air on the laptop base.

I tried this and it gives me a temperature drop of 5-6 degrees.

Will it cause any problem of moisture or anything else? Is it safe?

mud

Well
If you don't mind mud on your cooling fins.
Dust is really dirt and cold dirt or cold air condenses H2O right out of the air and in just the right conditions it will form ice and freeze up fans and air flow. Now you will never have that problem but you will have mud problems.
Problem is there is just to much H2O in the air we breath even Water from Desert Air would be to much for a laptop.
