CPU temperature drop?!

Hello,
My CPU temperature was about 50°C, I opened my pc to look for any dust but I didn't find any but after I closed it and started my pc the cpu temperature stayed at 36°C. Thats very nice but did I do something wrong? because its kinda weird that the temperature drops with 15°C for no reason.

Apparently something was running in the background before you shut down to investigate and clean. Maybe run malwarebytes to see if you have some bloat-ware taking over the PC when idle. https://www.malwarebytes.org/
Update your virus pgm and run a full scan too.
