CPU Temps Help-- Running a Corsair H50

So, I just finished my build and I want to make sure I set up my corsair H50 correct. Right now I'm using realtemp to test temperatures.

My specs:

Asus Maximus VI Mobo
8gb Ram 1600mhz
I5 4690k (Not Overclcoked yet)
Msi gtx 970 GPU

I'm getting idle temps of about 29-33C does this seem about right? My buddy has a stock cooler that idles temps at about the same, however does liquid cooling kick on and work differently when running a game? How can I check the temps when running games? Thanks to those who Help!

Those are great idle temps. My CPU right now has two cores in the low 30s and two cores in the low 20s. Worry about temps above 70C.

Don't worry too much about idle temps, anything under 40c is usually good if your case has good airflow and you have a decent cooler on the CPU. Keep in mind, the idle temps will never drop below ambient temps in the room the PC is in. Meaning if you have an ambient temp of 25c, your CPU is unable to idle at say 15c (Unless you're using ridiculous cooling solutions like liquid nitrogen for EXTREME overclocking).
