Need help with choosing between two displays

Hi!
So i am looking for a new 24"-ish screen and landed between these two:
Samsung S24D390HL and Dell E2414H

Dell monitor has more certifications so it's probably better since i spend many hours staring at a computer screen everyday and less eyestrain is always a welcome detail for me. Or isn't it?

To reduce eye strain I use a program called F.lux. Both screens will do, Dell is cheaper and when it comes to computer monitors it won't really matter unless you are a graphics designer and need accurate colors, most displays are fairly accurate with great black levels so I wouldn't worry about that. Generally the more expensive the monitor the higher the quality.
