quick question about overclocking (monitor's)

first off my monitor http://
i manage to get a max stable overclock of 76mhz, i was wondering is, if i set it to 75mhz if ill be fine, or is 75 a little to high since the max/stable is 76mhz. (i am currently running it at 75mhz)
i understand overclocking anything will decrease the lifespan of the product, but i also dont my monitor to die like next week lol.
another quick question is why when i play bf4 and a huge explosion go off near me the screen wacks out for like millisecond (goes all purple and green and blocky)
this has only happened twice since i got it last Tuesday (4/7/15)
the first time it has happened was before the overclock (so my overclock inst the problem)

That's not overclocking - - you evidently misunderstand the meaning of the term.
