Memory - PNY XLR8 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3 1600Mhz
Storage - WD Blue 1TB SATA 6Gb/s 7200rpm Internal Hard Drive

Now im wondering what would be the highest resolution I Could get without pushing my PC to hard,

Some things to note
Will be upgrading the CPU to i7 in a month along with 8 more GB of Memory.

Solution
I'd recommend going with a 1440p unit if you can budget it. Those dual 970's will support 4k, but it's expensive and you'll lose some capability. It also matters what kind of refresh rate you want. If you want to run 144hz, you'll want to stick with 1080p. For 60hz, you have a lot more wiggle room.

That is of course, considering best case scenarios. You can always go with a higher end unit, but your frame rates are going to drop considerably.

Forgot to mention that in a month Ill be upgrading my CPU to i7 along with 8 more GB of memory if that effects anything.

And I can budget it, I have no set budget since im saving my checks from work anyways to get anything. Hmmm Well dang I didn't know I could support 4k at the most Id wanted to get a QHD display but I was scared my FPS would be below 60...

Planned on getting this one
http://www.amazon.com/CROSSOVER-27QD-LED-2560x1440-Non-Glare/dp/B00U8LCRYI/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1429164152&sr=8-4&keywords=qhd+gaming+monitor

What do you think or suggest?.

I'm with Darkbreeze, 1440p @ 60Hz or 1080p @ 144 would be my suggestion. Then there is IPS or TN panels, IPS are more expensive as they give you better colour representation and a better viewing angle, if you don't care about other people viewing what your doing viewing angle is not important, and if your like me and around 1/3 of all males, and colour blind to some degree, who gives a shit about colour representation :p

Color accuracy isn't worth much if you can't see the colors due to the backlight bleeding that's so common on them. Personally, I think I'd rather have a TN if I'm gaming, or for general use. For some specific types of applications an IPS is a better choice, I guess, but until the less expensive IPS panels see some improvement I'll avoid them for now.

This is a trusted brand with better specs, for around the same price. I'm unfamiliar with "Crossover" as a monitor brand, which means it's likely to be a very small or off-brand company, which I don't generally trust unless I can find a very large number of reviews, preferably professional reviews, indicating it's a good bet.
